The Hotel Ossa has a wide offer for the organisation of events, conferences, congresses and meetings of any kind. The total conference area is 3500 m2. We offer 18 multipurpose rooms with the capacity from 10 to 180 people and a large theatre for 600 people and Congress Hall for 700 people. The multipurpose Auditorium Maximum can accommodate 1000 people in its conference part. The Auditorium Maximum and Theatre Hall can be combined (reaching the capacity of 1600 people) or separated with movable partition walls.

The names of the rooms have been carefully selected: the Lavender, Cedar, Saffron and Cardamom Rooms derive their names from Mediterranean and Asian plants. Other names very well match the location of the hotel amongst the Masovian forests and meadows – Heather and Blue Cornflower Rooms. The Fireplace Room and Library bring to mind comfort, and hearth and home warmth.

All the rooms have modern technical equipment for efficient presentations, lectures and meetings of any kind. A state-of-the-art audio system and internet access meet the highest requirements. The audio-visual system makes it possible to record conferences and play the soundtrack of any accompanying visual presentation. The system includes cordless microphones, sound mixers, amplifiers, tape recorders, DVD and video recorders and players, ceiling and wall speakers, etc. Moreover there are multimedia overhead projectors and digital visualisers.

Theatre Hall
The Theatre Hall accommodates 600 persons. It is a very modern, multi-purpose room. It is ideal for long lectures and academic meetings.

Auditorium Maximum
The Auditorium Maximum has the largest area of all the conference rooms in the hotel and can accommodate 1000 people. It can be connected with the Theatre Hall.

Congress Hall
The Congress Hal  can accommodate 700 people. It is possible to divide it into three separate rooms

Lavender Room
The Lavender Room holds 180 persons. It is possible to divide it into three separate rooms. It is an excellent place for a conference, convention, academic meeting or a presentation. Precise equipment guarantees excellent audibility even when the room is full and state-of-the-art technical equipment warrant efficiency of any meeting.

Cedar Room
It is a medium size room, ideal for up to 48 persons. It has been equipped to provide optimal conditions for a meeting, discussion or a workshop. 48 people will feel comfortable in the room, the more so because the arrangement of chairs and tables can be adjusted to suit their needs and the character of the meeting.

Saffron Room
The Saffron Room can accommodate 38 persons. The same as all the rooms it has a state-of-the-art multimedia equipment. The room is relatively small and all the participants of a meeting will have excellent conditions for communication. The decor of the rooms is conducive both to creative discussion and concentration.

Cardamom Room
It is a small room for 22 persons. The atmosphere of the interior suitable for meetings with few participants. The equipment of the room guarantees a good meeting.

Heather Room
The Heather Room can accommodate 100 persons. It is an ideal place for a conference, congress or a business or academic meeting.

Blue Cornflower Room
A pleasant interior with ample room for 38 persons. Well suited with its equipment for training meetings, workshops, lectures, etc. with optimal conditions for work.

Fireplace Room
The Fireplace Room accommodates 20 persons in a club arrangement. Its decor and seating arrangement are suitable for discussion and meetings in a small group. It is relatively small, but in no way inferior to the other conference rooms. It is ideal for training and business meetings.
